How automatic refills work

With automatic refills, your Phellora Vitaldrops are sent to you automatically at the interval you choose, at the subscription price shown on the product page and at checkout. Shipping is free.

Billing

You pay for your first delivery when you order. After that, the subscription price is charged automatically to the payment method you used, and your next delivery is sent.

No commitment, cancel anytime

There is no minimum term. You can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel at any time in your customer account or by emailing ecomguy777@gmail.com. To stop the next charge, please cancel before your next billing date. Deliveries that have already been charged and shipped are covered by our refund policy and guarantee.

Reminder before every delivery

We email you before each charge, so you are never surprised.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we let you know by email and try again. If the payment still fails, the subscription may be paused or ended.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we will tell you by email in advance. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Right to cancel

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. For subscriptions, this period starts when you receive your first delivery. See our refund policy for details.
