1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to all orders placed through the online store phellora.com. The seller is Phellora, owner Omar Abdallah, Künheimer Weg 23, 12349 Berlin, Germany, email: ecomguy777@gmail.com ("we", "us"). We sell to consumers with a delivery address in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

2. Contract

Products shown in the store are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking the final order button at checkout, you submit a binding offer. The automatic order confirmation email only confirms that we received your order. The contract is formed when we accept your order, at the latest when we ship the goods.

3. Language and contract text

The contract language is English. We store the contract text and send you your order details by email. You can view these terms on this page at any time.

4. Prices and shipping

Prices are shown in your local currency. Any taxes we collect are shown at checkout. Tracked shipping is free. Import duties or taxes charged on delivery in your country are paid by the recipient. See our shipping policy.

5. Payment

You can use the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is due when the contract is formed.

6. Delivery

We ship to the delivery address you provide. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days.

7. Automatic refills

Subscriptions are also governed by our subscription terms. There is no minimum term and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date.

8. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

9. Right to cancel and guarantee

11. Product information

Phellora Vitaldrops is a food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for medical treatment or a varied and balanced diet. Results vary from person to person. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use.

12. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under product liability law. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live.
